1. To reserve units and a spot in the production queue we require a 25% deposit at the time the order is placed.  The remainder is due when we are ready to start producing your units.  If  payment is not made within 3 days of when we notify you that we are ready to start working on your order then your order will move back in the production queue while we work on a different order.
2. If you have special requirements or want extra heavy duty packaging then please indicate that in the comments.
3. For international shipments we must ask that you use your own freight expediter to transport from our location and arrange import and customs for your country.  Air Solar Water has been approved for export under EAR-99 Not restricted but we still must check international buyers against the USA restricted list.
4. Our current production rate is limited.   A payment of 25% is required at the time the order is placed and will guarantee  a slot in the production queue.
5. We will contact you when we are ready to start fabricating your unit and the remaining payment will be required at that time.  Failure to pay in a timely fashion will cause your units to be pushed back in the production queue.
6. You can request cancellation of your order at any time before we start fabricating your units.  If you cancel we will refund the full amount of your deposit mins any money transfer fees.  Order for more than 10 units will receive a refund of 90% of their deposit if the order is canceled. Orders canceled after fabrication has started can not be refunded until we are able to sell those units and there will be a 10% penalty deducted from the deposit for orders canceled after fabrication has started.
7. Volume discounts are available for order larger than 50 units.
8. We can not accept orders for markets currently under USA export Embargo.  However due to the humanitarian nature of the Air Solar Water products we can work with well recognized NGO who have the legal expertise to obtain approval to ship units into embargoed markets.
